It is situated in the heights of Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta (5 min. from the beach and 7 min. from downtown) with a spectacular view overlooking the Bay of Banderas. The large entry courtyard is adjacent to a stone columned loggia with beamed ceilings. A large living room and dining room open to a view of the bay, courtyard, and patio fountain. All bedrooms and baths are air conditioned and give dramatic vistas of the ocean. The large master bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath. Along with payment terms of 50% due to hold your booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Holidays require 90 days final payment. 50% penalty any bookings with deposits. 100% full penalty within final payment deadline.
